On
or about the week of June 21st, Todd and Dwight will be
delivering cattle (approximately 90 pair) to the Ranch. This
is to fulfill a grazing contract between the Ranch and Todd
and Dwight.
We were able to get this contract in
place thanks to all the hard work that our Grazing Committee
did last year and early this year.
Todd
and Dwight and/or their representatives will be on the ranch
to inspect and repair the peripheral fencing this weekend
(June 19th).
Having
a grazing lease in place and having livestock on RCR will help
you to maintain the agricultural tax status of your land,
while providing some much-needed funds for maintaining our
roads.
The Annual Property Owner’s
Meeting will be on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at the Red Creek
Volunteer Fire and Rescue building, 10:00 AM –
Noon.
